If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch please get in touch to arrange a replacement or refund.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when ordering – I cannot provide a replacement or refund for missing orders sent to incorrect addresses. However, if an item is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the buyer can request redelivery but must pay additional postage costs. Alternatively I can refund the cost of the item, minus the cost of the original postage. -

I am proud to say that my products are packaged using plastic-free, home compostable cellophane sleeves, recycled greyboard, and reusable or recyclable envelopes. My cards and prints are made with recycled papers from a carbon neutral supplier, and I minimise my studio waste by reusing off cuts and scrap paper for sketchbooking or collage.
